Hello everyone, I told you recently I bought a PayPal transfer and nothing has arrived, 12 hours have already passed and it is supposed to be there after two hours, the platform through which I bought it is Torbay... And the support doesn't respond to me or tell me anything, I haven't been involved in IT for a while but I trusted it because it said it was a verified platform. Have I lost my money, have I been scammed? Or do I have to wait longer?
