pirate market is not a scam, but they have very limited product and services, and often if you put a request for order, they don't reply back unless the service or product is available.
i purchased bank card from them, they replied back after two days, placed my order, i received the card in my mail in 6 days, the card worked fine, and i was able to purchase online and cashed out from cash machine. i live in UK.
